Volunteer Opportunities
Our Ronald McDonald House is a 20-bedroom home. We have a large kitchen with two dining rooms, three family rooms, inside playroom and a one-room school house. We are in the process of adding on much-needed outdoor playground area.

Individual Opportunities
Volunteers play a vital role in making the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston a home for our visiting families. Volunteers help with a variety of tasks, including giving tours; interacting with families, answering the telephone, prepping bedrooms after guest’s checkout, and housekeeping chores as needed. Volunteers are asked to work a 3-hour shift per week.

Group Opportunities
Groups wishing to be involved at the House can prepare an evening meal for 30 to 40 guests. Other opportunities include organizing holiday and bingo parties; ice cream socials, and arts and crafts projects for the families.
